Terms of Sale

1. General Provisions and Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of all FiveM software packages, NUI designs and digital content offered through the Ochiba Development platform. By placing any order on our site, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms.

2. Merchant of Record (Tebex Ltd)

Payment collection, payment security and invoicing for all orders in our store are handled by our official merchant of record, Tebex Limited.

Payments are processed through the Tebex Checkout infrastructure, and the buyer is also subject to Tebex's global service and consumer terms.

3. Digital Licensing and Keymaster Delivery

All purchased scripts are not physically shipped products; they are digital licenses delivered entirely through the Cfx.re Keymaster Asset Escrow system:

• As soon as payment is confirmed, the digital asset is instantly granted to the FiveM / Cfx.re Keymaster account linked or specified during checkout.
• The license is exclusive to the user who purchased the product and their licensed FiveM server.
• Redistributing, reselling, renting or reverse engineering the source code without permission is strictly prohibited and results in permanent revocation of the license.

4. Compatibility and Server Infrastructure

For products to work properly, the framework (QBCore, Qbox, etc.) and dependencies (ox_lib, oxmysql, etc.) listed on the product page must be installed correctly. It is the buyer's responsibility to keep their server on up-to-date FiveM server artifact versions.

5. Technical Support

After purchase, support for installation or potential issues is provided through the ticket system on our official Discord server.
