Refund & Cancellation

1. Scope of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

In accordance with the distance contracts regulation under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (Article 15/ğ) and Tebex Global Digital Sales Principles, "services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are excluded from the right of withdrawal and unconditional refund once delivery has taken place.

Because FiveM scripts are licensed to your Cfx.re Keymaster account instantly and irrevocably once payment is confirmed, refunds or cancellations cannot be made for arbitrary reasons.

As merchant of record, Tebex Limited's Terms of Use together with binding international consumer law provisions and applicable jurisdiction rules apply to all purchase and refund transactions.

2. Defective or Non-Working Product Exception

If the product you purchased fails to perform the core functions promised in its description or is technically broken:

• The buyer must first report the issue by opening a ticket on our official Discord server.
• Our technical support team will investigate whether the problem is server-related or script-related and is obliged to provide a solution within a maximum of 7 business days.
• If the core defect in the software cannot be fixed by our support team and the script cannot be run, an official refund via Tebex will be approved.

3. Cases Not Eligible for a Refund

• The buyer ordering after selecting the wrong server framework,
• The official libraries required by the script not being installed on the server,
• Incompatibilities caused by outdated FiveM server artifact versions,
• Conflicts with faulty or leaked third-party scripts.

4. Refund Request and Process

To request a refund, please contact our Discord server with your order ID and FiveM username. Approved refunds are returned by Tebex to the card or payment method used within 5-10 business days.
