1. Data Controller and Information Collected

At VCODE-Studio, we are committed to protecting your privacy at the highest level. Only the minimum data required for digital delivery and license authorization is processed:

• Cfx.re / FiveM Username and ID: Processed to deliver the digital script assets you purchase to your Keymaster account.
• Email Address: Used to send your order confirmation, invoice and download notifications.
• Billing and Location Data: Processed by our merchant of record Tebex, as required by law, for tax calculations (VAT / Sales Tax).

2. Financial Payment Security

Sensitive financial data such as your credit card number, expiry date or CVV security code is never stored or processed on our servers.

All payment processes are secured with encryption through Tebex Limited, which holds an international PCI-DSS Level 1 security certification, and licensed global payment networks (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

3. Cookies and Local Storage

Our site uses only functional cookies (localStorage) to provide the user experience:

• Keeping the items in your cart and preserving your cart ID,
• Remembering your selected currency (USD, EUR, TRY, etc.),
• Keeping your FiveM login session active.

We never use third-party advertising or profiling tracking cookies. Your consent is collected through the cookie notice shown when you first visit the platform.

4. Data Security and Third Parties

Collected data cannot, under any circumstances, be sold, transferred or marketed to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is shared only with authorized platforms as required by law and within the Cfx.re Keymaster licensing process.
